Financial Manager
Job Responsibilities
· Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
· Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior management, offering recommendations for maximizing long-term success
· Manage the preparation of financial statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
· Advise on investment activities and provide strategies for the company to pursue
· Maintain the financial health of the organization and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
· Work closely with various departments, including auditors, to monitor company finances and maintain appropriate monitoring
· Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations
Requirements and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
· Proven experience as a Financial Manager, with at least 10 years of experience in the field
· Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
· Working knowledge of GAAP principles and experience with financial planning software
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing business needs
· High integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
· Residency in Saudi Arabia is a must
