Job Title: Health & Safety Officer
Location: Qassim City

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
2. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and recommend measures for preventive action.
3. Develop emergency response plans and procedures.
4. Investigate accidents and incidents, determine root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
5. Stay updated on current health and safety regulations and best practices, and ensure their implementation within the organization.
6. Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
7. Evaluate and recommend safety equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
8. Participate in the development and review of risk assessments and safe work procedures.
9. Support the development and maintenance of a positive safety culture within the organization.
10. Provide assistance and guidance to employees on health and safety concerns.

Requirements:
1. Must be living in Al Qassim City or able to relocate to Al Qassim City, Saudi Arabia.
2. Relevant certification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO).
3. Proven work experience as a Health & Safety Officer or similar role.
4. In-depth knowledge of local and international health and safety regulations.
5. Strong understanding of risk assessments and hazard identification.
6. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement safety plans and programs.
8. Attention to detail and ability to perform thorough inspections and investigations.
