Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service.
2. Greet customers upon arrival.
3. Assist customers with their needs.
4. Address and resolve customer complaints.
5. Respond to customer inquiries about product preparation times and promotions.
6. Ensure orders are assembled according to standard for efficient service.
7. Handle cashiering duties, including accurate sales processing.
8. Promote suggestive selling for each customer order.
Skills & requirements:
o High school diploma or equivalent.
o 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food service industry.
o 1–2 years of experience with cashiering and handling transactions.
o Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
o Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
o Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
