Job purpose

The jobholder is responsible for managing more than one (1) nphies operation project at CCHI including monitoring, control, reporting and closure ensuring successful deployment of nphies releases and end customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential marketing, digital and social media agencies in line with objectives to support in implementing marketing and digital communications for CCHI and healthcare insurance sector in KSA
Maintain professional relationships with appointed marketing, digital and social media agency at all times ensuring continuous communication and timely resolution of issues and evaluate performance ensuring objectives are fulfilled
Develop marketing communications content, design, and material for booklets, brochures, leaflets, newspapers, newsletters, magazines and television, radio and any form of print publication in line with brand identity to communicate CCHI practices and healthcare insurance policies and standards
Coordinate with publishers and designers for the printing and publishing of conducted research publications or any relevant CCHI material (brochures, catalogues, posters, etc.)
Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities in line with the corporate communications strategy to increase engagement and monitor results and performance

Education, Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/IT/IS or any related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Portfolios, Programs and Projects Offices (P3O) or Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) or any other equivalent certification is preferred
Highly proficient in oral and written English language

Experience

· 7+ years of relevant experience

Experience in operation or service management
