Strategic Planning Analyst

Job purpose

The jobholder is responsible for performing Strategic Planning activities with minimal supervision including internal and external assessment, strategic initiatives detailing, and support in operational plans development in line with CCHI Board vision, directions and aspirations.

Responsibilities

Analyze research and studies including supply, demand, performance and resources gaps, lessons learned, best practices, future aspirations, trends, strategic opportunities, challenges and the impact of external environment on CCHI projects and jobs, and the international and national social and economic situation on the efficient strategic planning
Detail tasks to implement strategic initiatives and communicate them to various departments, define required activities or resources to facilitate initiatives implementation
Coordinate the schedule of strategic planning workshops in coordination with departments
Support sections during action plans and operational plans development, ensure they cascade from strategy and strategic initiatives and they are justified
Receive and review all requests for change, submit recommendations in line with strategy and other initiatives
Education, Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Certificate in insurance is preferable
Strategic Planning Professional Certification (SPP) or Government Performance Manager Certification or Strategy Execution or any other equivalent certification is preferable
Basic requirements of oral and written English language (basic)
Experience

0-3 years of relevant experience
Experience in strategic planning
Previous experience in insurance sector or healthcare sector or government sector or regulatory bodies is preferable
