Project Manager Responsibilities
Define and define the scope and objectives of the project
Anticipate the resources needed to reach goals and manage resources in an efficient and effective manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected accomplishments
Benefit from industry best practices, methods and standards throughout the project implementation period
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement
Project Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Excellent English
2-5 years in project management and related experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Agency experience preferred
Proven ability to creatively solve problems
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
Experience viewing projects through the full lifecycle
Excellent analytical skills
Very resourceful and strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrate the ability to complete projects according to established scope, budget and schedule
