Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care, including assessment, diagnosis of illnesses, prescribing treatment, and monitoring patient progress in the home care setting.
Provide Home care visits for consultation and intervene in investigating patient complaints as needed.
Responsible for making referrals to specialized clinics (if needed) while ensuring completeness of referral forms.
Writing clinical notes, including assessment and care plans in patient’s medical records as per policy.
Provide daily clinical support through review cases and mentoring physicians to enhance their knowledge and ensure continuous staff education.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including assessment and management plans, according to Dallah Home care policies.
Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated clinical services.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain professional relations with patients, families, coworkers, and other healthcare team members.
Participate in initiatives to enhance care delivery, including audits and implementing evidence-based practices.
Adhere to ethical principles, professional standards, and legal requirements in patient care, and acknowledge the cultural diversity of clients.
