We are looking for Deployment & Service Engineer for our client in Abu Dhabi .Interested candidates with relevant qualification & experience and currently available in UAE
Key Accountabilities
-SOLIDWORKS implementation, customization and support
-Deploying the systems at the customer premises, customer hands-on training
-Analysis and evaluation of technical issues, suggesting methods and techniques to achieve resolution
-Interfacing with R&D, Operations for support inquires
Education and Qualifications
-BSc in Engineering / Computer Science, or equivalent
-5+ years of Application/ Software /Telecommunications practical engineering experience
-Experience in working in technical customer support/training/deployment/service
Requirements
-Experience with SOLIDWORKS implementation and customization
-SOLIDWORKS Technical support & Training
-Ability to maintain good internal and external customer communication, provide a high level of support and minimize escalations to the R&D team
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in the priority of problem-solving
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English language)
-Self-motivated and innovative with the ability to generate new ideas
-Ability to perform well in an intensive and dynamic environment
-Goals oriented
