We are seeking a friendly energetic and organized Hostess to join our restaurant team.
It is important that the hostess formative and professional.
Responsibilities
Welcoming Guests to the venue.
Provide knowledgeable answers to the guest’s questions.
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Managing the reservations.
Provide accurate waiting time and monitoring waiting list.
escort customers to assigned dining areas.
coordinate with staff about the available seating options.
Qualifications
At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience ( fine-dining restaurant’s experience is preferable)
Excellent understanding for the restaurant etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
