We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Engineer in Saudi Arabia /Jeddah to perform all maintenance department plans to achieve the company’s objectives including the execution of programs for new Instrument requests and installation, regular maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance activities along with follow-up and request the needed spare parts for current and new Instrument in the plant to maintain the sustainability of the work with the highest quality standards in a timely manner.
Qualified candidates will have experience in analytical instruments.
Job Requirements:
B.Sc. degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electrical engineering, or Equivalent.
1-3 years’ experience in a related field.
Good English level in reading, writing, and speaking.
Qualified candidates must have experience in analytical instruments.
Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, able to plan, organize and follow up work effectively while focusing on quality towards excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and fixing defects.
Ensure that all instruments are running the best way and solve any problem that may interrupt Instrument operation.
Follow up and implementation of preventive maintenance.
Participation in the study of the needed spare parts list.
Implement preventive maintenance work and document all preventive maintenance work properly according to policies and standard operation procedures (SOP).
Implement corrective maintenance requests.
Contact customers to schedule visits and to ensure customer satisfaction
Apply safety rules and safe practices environmental responsibilities and report unsafe practices and incidents
Minimum Requirements:
Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint. etc.) is required
A driving license is a MUST
The job requires outdoor Service activities and tasks
Willing and able to travel when required.
