Job Summary:
the Structural BIM Modular is responsible for Creating a BIM Models in all stages ” Concept, Schematic and detailed Design” for our projects ” Residential, Retails, Governmental and Commercial”
the Employee should have a creative mind and ideas for creating outstanding and new designs and to be up to date with the new materials and concepts.
Responsibilities:-
Creating BIM Models from Scratch
Dealing with BIM Modulars for Models Execution
Do all the Structural BIM Modelling
Deal with the BIM and Engineering Team
Aware with the UAE Authorities Regulations
Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in related field
Proficient in RIVET , Navis Works , and other BIM Programs
Experience in BIM
Strong creative and communication skills
Resident IN UAE
Able to Start Immediately
