The position requires you to develop and expand the vertical of Break Bulk and Project Cargo.

Role & Responsibility

Responsible to develop business and client portfolios in Project Cargo, Break Bulk / commodities etc.
Identify clients and markets in UAE and GCC to expand market penetration for Project Cargo.
Achieve set revenue targets and contribute to expansion of Projects and Break Bulk vertical
Independently lead & negotiate new client acquisitions, make proposals and presentations, maintain excellent customer satisfaction
Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/long-term sales pipeline, aligned with business goals
Develop business plans and work strategically to achieve them.
Create the vision for expansion and promote & increase company brand.
Represent company to clients and explore opportunities.
Participate in Contracts and Tender Bids.
Analyse and present project feasibility studies.
Lead the support team on ground for service levels commitments.

Desired Skills

Self-Driven and highly self-motivated
Proven track record in working with Project clients
Should have in-depth knowledge of shipping line, freight forwarding, Project Cargo, Break Bulk/Commodities etc.
Ability to influence, negotiate & solution provider.
Excellent Communication in spoken and written English
Excellent in MS Office – PowerPoint Presentation, Excel Spread sheets
Should hold valid UAE driving license
