Job Title:
Mental Health Adult Therapist
Requirements:
– At least a master’s degree in the field of psychology
– At least two years of clinical experience working with clients
Pay:
– Revenue share
Expectations:
– Flexible working hours based on client preference, but expected to
attend 3 afternoons/evenings per week.
– Join team meetings.
– Participate in professional development through monthly supervision
Annual leave & Gratuity:
– Part time affiliates may take annual unpaid leave with at least one month notice prior to leave.
Duties/Responsibilities:
– Initial Intakes
– Consult with physicians and other medical specialists, parents, and educators regarding comprehensive care goals and expectations for individual clients.
– Individual therapy: Conducting individual therapy for adults
Including history taking, assessment, feedback, and report write up
– Conduct Workshops/Group therapy/supports groups:
To be planned and discussed as needed and agreed by both parties
– Participate in corporate wellbeing events:
To be planned and discussed as needed and agreed by both parties.
