Responsibilities

As the Head of Business Development at Revive Renovation, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of our client base, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong client relationships. You will play a critical role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to solidify our position as a leader in the renovation industry in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Identify target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends to drive sustained business expansion.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to engage with potential clients. Understand client needs and collaborate with the team to deliver tailored renovation solutions.
New Business Acquisition: Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities through networking, market research, and partnership development. Prepare compelling pitches and proposals that showcase Revive Renovation’s unique value proposition.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of exceptional client experiences.
Performance Tracking: Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the success of business development efforts. Regularly analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

Proven experience of 5+ years in business development or sales, preferably within the renovation, construction, or real estate industry in the United Arab Emirates
Strong network and existing relationships within the Dubai business community.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
