– The role:
Our sales executives should be responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new business prospects and selling product /Services to the SME’S with a previous experience in managing and maintaining government accounts, they must maintain relationships with current clients and build relationships with new clients.
– Key responsibilities:
• Generating leads
• Handling customer complaints
• Cold calling
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
• Preparing weekly ,Daily and monthly reports ,by using CRM
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
• Understanding and promoting company services
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
• Visiting clients and potential clients on daily bases to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Maintaining client records
• Answering client questions about terms, products, prices, and availability
– Key skills and experience required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Familiar with targets and high sales quota
• experience in submitting Saudi tender
• Goal oriented
• Government relations
• 3 years’ Experience in IT or telecom solutions sales
• Understanding of the sales process ,and sales applications such as CRM ,sales force, and others
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English is a must
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
• Competency in Microsoft applications
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
