Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Welcome customers to the dealership and help them find the right car. Turn visitors into loyal buyers by understanding their needs. Build long-term relationships for future sales. Ensure repeat business by keeping customers happy. Offer consistent and high-quality service, even after the sale is done.

Sales Transactions: Find and connect with potential customers using cold calling and networking methods. Make sure to hit or surpass monthly sales goals. Attend sales events and training to keep skills fresh. Take customers on test drives and explain car features. Discuss and agree on prices and trade-in values. Work closely with the finance team to make buying easy. Follow company guidelines for sales and always have a list of potential buyers.

Product Presentation & Education: Show and explain vehicle features to potential buyers, focusing on benefits and pricing. Stay informed about the latest cars, industry changes, and competitors’ offerings. Know all about the cars we sell, and give customers detailed comparisons. Always be aware of current inventory and car market updates.

Sales Documentation & Administration: Maintain detailed and current records of customer data and sales documents. Work closely with the sales team and other departments to meet company goals. Keep a well-organized customer list and help with sales paperwork. Inform the sales manager about popular cars that customers are seeking.

Financial & Paperwork Assistance: Guide and assist customers with various financing options, ensuring a seamless experience by aiding in the completion of required paperwork.

Digital & Marketing Outreach: Assist with online advertisement postings, and ensure regular updates and tracking.

Financial Integrity: Ensure company procedures are followed while handling cash and credit customers, ensuring minimal risks.

Professional Development: Constantly seek to enhance knowledge of product range, automotive industry trends, and customer handling techniques to improve performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

The applicant should have at least two years of experience in a similar sales position, particularly in retail. Experience in automotive sales is advantageous.

Language skills:`

English proficiency is required.
Knowledge of Arabic is highly valued.
The ability to speak additional languages, such as Urdu, Hindi, and Malayalam, is a plus.
