Job Description
The Business Development Specialist specializes in developing new accounts and increasing the business of existing accounts. Identifies prospects’ advertising, marketing, and business issues and matches these with agency capabilities and ideas. Develops strategies and tactics for pursuing selected prospects. Participates in sales presentations, negotiations, and sales closings.
Duties: –
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
Follow up on new leads and set up meetings.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
Communicate agency services to prospective clients effectively.
Negotiate and follow up by phone, email, and in person.
Able to make sales funnel/forecast.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Requirement : –
Native Arabic Speaker & excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Bachelor’s degree or Certificate.
Good understanding in advertising agency sales and marketing process
Confident, socially active, and charismatic attitude
Be goal driven, resilient and eager to win businesses.
The ability to ‘deliver’
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good understanding in CRM tools.
