Contract Executive Jobs in Saudi Arabia
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
5+ years of contract administration experience is required
A working knowledge of Food industry business practices and contract administration principles will be an added advantage
Must possess strong written and oral communication skills and a working knowledge of SAP Ariba
Certification in Contracts & Commercial Management (CCM) would be a plus
Candidates should have Iqama Transferable
Candidates current location should be in Saudi Arabia
Notice period preferred immediate joining
Overall responsibility / Mission
Self-starter, that can autonomously draft and review contracts, subcontracts, and letters, in collaboration with stakeholders including, Legal/ Centralized Procurement and Project Owner
High attention to detail to produce accurate, succinct and appropriate contract documentation
Experience in drafting documentation and presentations for internal tender approval meetings are essential
Ability to prepare project/service acceptance documents and is diligent in following through to ensure acceptances are approved
Ability to track contract management processes and follow document management protocols
Competent in entering contracts and subcontracts, tenders issued, and proposals into the required organizational databases. This needs to be done in a timely and a secure manner
Can identify contractual problems and takes appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory resolution
Project Management skills is a must to deliver tenders to contractors and subcontractors on time and with the appropriate approvals
Strong communication and presentation skills are required to inform and manage stakeholders regarding all contract related matters
Will need to perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate
Needs to enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced delivery environment
