Overall responsibility / Mission

Develop short, medium- and long-term project schedules.
Report on project execution against baseline schedule.
Research, data acquisition, market study & benchmarking
Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators.
Preparation of project weekly/monthly progress reports for presentation at executive meetings by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project data and trends
Establish and review interdepartmental procedures and processes.
Monitor the performance of the division, conducts audits and reports to management.
Oversee the implementation of an efficient document control system.
Analyze scheduling methods used and identify the areas that needs improvements.
Complete understanding of project management, engineering and construction procedures.
Identify advanced technologies and applications for potential business development.
Manage the planning process for execution of the engineering solution.
Providing meaningful, accurate historical data and reporting for engineering activities.
Responsible for the development of engineering best practices, procedures and work process.
Scheduling, data analysis, visualization and reporting.
Create and maintain project Dashboards utilizing automation/data analysis tools such as Power BI.
Interrogate and analyze schedules provided by other stakeholders and contractors
Communicate and ensure alignment between all internal and external stakeholders

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architect, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related field.
10+ years of related experience
Master’s degree is preferable
Project Dashboards in a Project Management Office environment
