BASED IN KSA
Food People have partnered with a premium dining restaurant operator in their search for a General Manager to join their growing team based in KSA.
This person shall ensure the restaurant’s profitability and customers’ satisfaction and retention by leading the restaurant’s staff, operations, and financials to meet the brand’s requirements, customers’ needs, governmental regulations and ensuring best-in-class service is provided to the restaurant’s guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for day-to-day operations and developing restaurant team members.
Control profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
Maintain the highest level of quality for food & service delivery and ensure that they are in line with the brand’s standards.
Build and maintain relationships with the restaurant’s customers by managing the application of customers’ feedback and providing best-in-class service to ensure customers’ satisfaction and retention.
Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance.
Monitor F&B costs, labor costs, inventory, scheduling, and ordering on a daily basis and identify measures to cut waste.
Find new ways to improve efficiency and process within the operation.
KEY INGREDIENTS
Experience operating in a Restaurant General Manager position.
Previous experience within a premium dining concept.
Experience and background in handling business P&L.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good financial management skills with the ability to read financial reports and forecasts.
Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
Experience creating, implementing and training SOP’s.
