General Summary:

Sales Admin Officer performs day-to-day administrative functions, sales coordination, for the sales department. The use, of office customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a key part of the position, this job role involves regular communication with customers and coworkers. Sales administrators work with subordinate sales administrators in the department, customer service agents, and suppliers. Additionally, they serve as the point of escalation for customer complaints and inquiries. Sales administrators include providing guidance to the other sales administrators and ensuring maximum efficiency in the workplace. Sales Admin officer is expected to ensure customer satisfaction.

In general, the role demands dealing with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing a high volume of Sales orders, quotations.

• Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.

• Taking phone calls from customers.

• Communicating internally important feedback from customers.

• Bid proposals preparation, Administration management.

• Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

• Monitor and analyze dashboards, metrics and analytics for sales.

• Document decisions, policies and findings

• Train and orient new sales admins and assist with conflict resolution for all salespeople.

• Support and coordinate sales teams, including providing reports and operational reviews.

• Assist the Sales Manager as required with the organization and presentations at Sales Meetings

• Attend and participate in other meetings as required.

• Provide feedback to the Sales Unit as requested.

• Provide reports as requested.

Requirements:

Educational Degree: University degree or above.

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as leader/supervisor in Sales Administration/ Sales Support/ Sales Operation field with specific achievements, preferably in B2B customer service, consulting or related industry. High adaptability.

Skills and Abilities:

• High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.

• Ability to prioritize own workload.

• Strong communication skills.

• Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

• An administrative or sales background.

• Must be detail oriented.

• Excellent selling skills.

• Excellent inter-personal skills.

• High Standard of personal presentation.

• IT literate with awareness of Health and Safety.
