The Sales Development Specialist’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our customer database, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as a Sales Development Specialist you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch Sales Development Specialist should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales while meeting company sales strategies and goals.

Sales Development Specialist Responsibilities:

Acquisition of new customers
Meeting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Building and maintaining a customer database.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Creating a plan to approach new customers.
Visiting new potential customers with proposal offers.
Searching for and creating new opportunities for sale expansion.
Expanding business with current customers.
Sales Development Specialist Requirements:

High school diploma
2-3yrs min experience in the UAE market
Fluent in English, plus another language
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Established contacts network, networking skills
Strong verbal and written communicator
Excellent phone and presentation skills
Average knowledge and orientation in IT equipment
Outgoing, enthusiastic, extrovert personality
Independent
Ability to search out new business prospects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Driving license

Salary: based on proven experience 5,000AED plus performance-driven bonus structure.

30 days vacation/eligible after 6 months probation period.
