Has a knowledge with the following
Installing and configuration of Cisco UC Apps (CUCM,CUC,Cisco IMP)
Installing and configuring Expressway servers
Installing and configuring CMS (Cisco Meeting Server )
Installing and configuring Cisco Voice Gateways (CUBE)
Configuring Cisco Webex and integration with MS teams
Mid level of switching and Routing knowledge
Develop HLD, LLD, implementation plan and AS-BUILT documents
Self-organized, able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
Proven ability to diagnose and localize technical problem using logical analysis techniques
Flexible to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, communication & team work skills
Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations, and third party vendors
