Responsibilities :
A fabricator reads and interprets blueprints and product specifications to determine which equipment and tools will be required to complete the work
Utilizing a variety of tools, he then fabricates and assembles piping products following quality control procedures to ensure the products meet the required specifications
customized fabrication of units may be necessary as per drawing.
Will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, fabricating metal components or structures, and performing quality checks on finished products.
Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines.
Double-checking design specifications before commencing with cutting work.
Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system
Fabricating and constructing metal components.
Grinding and finishing completed products.
Performing quality checks on completed products.
Ability to lead a crew.
Conforming with state and company safety regulations.
Completing job report .
Experience :
Minimum 8 years site experience in pipe / structural steel fit up, fabrication up according to the site condition and provided drawing.
Experience in leading group, manual measurement and fabrication of steel structures when drawings are not available.
