Required qualifications: Bachelor’s in engineering (preferably mechanical engineering).
Experience: Min. 3 – 4 years of design experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
Create detailed designs, 3D modeling and rendering.
Prepare rough sketches and review them along with the team.
Work in collaboration with and under instructions from the R & D team.
Ability to finish assignments within tight deadlines.
Assist in the execution of the design.
Conduct frequent inspections of design execution from the production/fabrication contractor.
Assisting the mechanical team in testing and assembly.
Provide suggestions on the choice of materials and design improvements.
An ideal candidate will have:
Thorough knowledge of multiple design softwares – preferably 3D Max, CATIA or Solidworks and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of graphic designing softwares.
Knowledge in Analysis softwares (CFD & structural analysis), will be considered a bonus.
