Position: Voice/Collaboration Administrator
Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Description:
· Operate all means of current voice and collaboration infrastructure technologies including call managers, voicemails, call center, Video conference solutions etc to ensure smooth and efficient voice communication across the organization.
· Search, plan and implement improvements modification, or replacements on voice and collaboration technologies such as call investigation solutions, softphone solutions, Jaber, single sign on solutions etc.
· Act as subject matter expert with regard to voice technology products, services, protocols, and standards
· Owns resolution and investigations of all voice technology and conference infrastructure outages.
· Ensure compliance of voice and collaboration technologies with all relevant regulatory requirements and represent that in internal and external audits.
· Support Network team on daily activities related to network and network security like NAC solution from force court, Cisco ISE and wireless infrastructure.
· Substitute for network engineers on preventive and corrective maintenance of network routers and switches.
· Manages relationship with outsourced vendors and coordinates the execution of changes & enhancements.
· Consistently reviews performance of existing voice and network infrastructure.
· Plans and executes lifecycle upgrades to voice and conference Infrastructure as required to meet/exceed existing SLAs.
· Plans, coordinates, communicates, and executes upgrades, leading cross-functional teams as required.
· Monitor system performance, analyze call quality metrics, and implement optimizations to enhance voice service reliability and quality.
· Conduct regular system backups, updates, and patches to ensure security and compliance with industry standards.

Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT or related field.
· 8+ years in network voice collaboration. System engineering experience, including work experience as a network administrator.
· Knowledge in the design and maintenance of the network architecture to support distributed processing client/server topologies.
· Proven experience in operating and managing Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection.
· Familiarity with network routing and switching concepts, VLANs, QoS, and security best practices.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Cisco Certified Network Professional voice CCNP Voice
· Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert is a plus
