The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a marketing team while taking the initiative to take lead on new projects.
Responsibilities:
Web development, optimization and administration
Developing landing pages for existing and new projects
Email marketing through different sort of mediums
Manage and run campaigns through Facebook Business Account & Google AdWords
Excellent knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Content gathering and optimization for campaigns
Expertise in data filtration and management
Expertise in Sms and WhatsApp marketing
Monitoring data quality, data migrations and data integration in the CRM system
Database cleaning
Expertise in preparing performance reports for Google Ads and Email Marketing
Good knowledge of DLD systems like Trakheesi, Brokers App, Ejari System etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
At least 1 – 2 years’ of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
A good understanding of the UAE Real Estate Market
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Real Estate sector
