As a Customer Care Representative, you will be required to perform all the customer support activities as per Hempel e-Convention policies and procedures.

To provide superior customer service.
Administers and expedites all aspects of order processing including order verification, paper work issues and deliveries.
Processes all sales orders with a high level of accuracy and in timely manner and in accordance with the company’s guidelines and procedures.
Provides professional support to all customers (internal/external) during every interaction by being courteous, attentive and committed to resolutions.
Checks, monitors and liaise with the concerned departments on the status and availability of stocks to ensure and fulfil delivery commitments.
Coordinates and verifies with the Credit Control Division all issues related to customer’s credit standing before processing any order/delivery.
Provides consistent and timely follow-up on all issues.
Ensures that both day-end and month-end processing are completed on time and on target.
Controls systematic handling of customers’ files and records.
To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies.
To perform any other duties as may be required of him in pursuance of the job function

You will report to the Customer Care Team Leader

The role will be based in Bahrain

You should also have the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent course.
Minimum of 2 Years of related experience.
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Dynamic AX).
Experience in using ERP System.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Excellent Organization skills, able to set priorities and responsive to customer requests.
Good telephone and listening skills.
Able to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written and oral.
Able to prioritize and meet deadline while handling interruptions and working under pressure.
Self-motivated, pro-active and a team player.
