The Project Manager who has overall experience in Design Management with the qualification of Civil/Architectural degree working with disciplined projects in well-known Design Company. Minimum of 15 years of experience in projects development, engineering and construction and 8 years of engineering and/or project management experience. Contract Management experience is required. Proven experience in the management of multidisciplinary teams, technical Advisory experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Project Manager with international experience (multinational companies or across different countries and professional cultures). Successful track record of delivering complex projects, with interface of various concurrent sub-projects. Technical / hands-on profile with good communication, management and negotiation skills are key requirements for this role.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering from a recognized university
Project Management. (PMP)
Software proficiency in Designing
