We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 Years experience a strong background in HR administration, with specific expertise in Saudi labor regulations and processes. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute Muqeem (Saudi Arabian residence permit) and Iqama (residency permit) processes.
Ensure compliance with Saudization requirements and stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations.
Proficient in handling General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) procedures.
Utilize CR software for HR functions, including personnel records, leave management, and employee data.
Handle payroll processes efficiently and accurately.
Manage and oversee timesheet procedures for accurate attendance tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure HR processes align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator in Saudi Arabia.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
Experience with Muqeem and Iqama processes is essential.
Familiarity with Saudization requirements and compliance.
Proficiency in CR software for HR functions.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and timesheet management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or ARABIC GRADUATE related field.
