We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Director/Project Leader to assume the role of Authorized Representative for our prestigious projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background with a BSc and MSc in Architecture or Civil Engineering, coupled with a remarkable track record of over 20 years in the industry. The candidate must have a proven history of successfully managing and delivering Fit Out Projects exceeding $27,000,000 in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Responsibilities:
Assume the role of Authorized Representative and act as a key liaison between the client and the project team.
Provide visionary leadership to the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
Develop comprehensive project strategies, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure they are met within established timelines and budgets.
Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and high-performance delivery.
Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (BSc + MSc).
Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in architecture or civil engineering.
Proven track record of successfully managing Fit Out Projects with a value exceeding $27,000,000 in KSA.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of Fit Out Projects, local regulations, and building codes in KSA.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
