ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Develop, execute, and review a progressive business development plan to achieve monthly sales targets
§ Develop strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding and responding to their needs
§ Identify and convert new customer opportunities through referrals, competitive events, and alternative marketing platforms
§ Strengthen relationships with existing clients and establish relationships through regular contact, conducting face-to-face visits/presentations and phone conversations
§ Maintain and grow existing clients through optimised quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
§ Collaborate internally with the marketing team to assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES
Deep knowledge and understanding of the conferences and exhibitions
Prior industry experience within B2B sales and negotiation will be advantageous
Flexible and professional approach to all clients/customers
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent telephone and message-taking etiquette
Availability to extra hours and weekends as per project requirements
Driven, hardworking with the ability to manage your own diary to maximise results
Well-developed communication and relationship management skills
Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines
Able to work individually and as part of a team
Maintain positive working relationships with customers
Excellent command of written & spoken English and Arabic
Great team player
Willingness to travel
