Job Description:-
Migration knowledge on Microsoft 365 E5 workloads from tenant to tenant without impacting business. (Exchange Online Mailbox migration, PST migration, ODFB Migration, Azure Infrastructure migration, New infrastructure building etc)
• Oversee user migration, data migration, domain migration etc activities to meet the migration project deadlines.
• Identify, evaluate, and deploy best practices for Azure AD Premium Plan 2. Deploy MFA, CA, SSPR, PIM, Microsoft Defender, Information protection, DLP, Intune etc.
• Identify Defender for endpoint onboarding issues and remediated.
• Helped organization to utilize maximum security solutions and enhanced devices, identities, and data security.
• Extensive knowledge on Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing shared by SOC team and remediated most critical and high vulnerabilities and reduced exposure from high to lowest.
• Deploy Microsoft Information Protection and Forcepoint DLP.
• Migrate Defender Threat and Vulnerability Management to tenable IO.
• Reduce Helpdesk’s tasks by introducing Intune management for Windows updates and policy management.
• Reduce data risks on BYOD devices with help of Conditional access & Intune Compliance policies.
• Monitor & Administer M365 E5 solutions.
• Help and provide solutions to helpdesk and Infra teams on M365 services. • Integrate Defender for endpoint, Zscaler, CASB, Tenable IO with SOC for better security incident management.
• Mentor team members and ETHARA team on Microsoft technologies.
• Extensive knowledge on on Data Sunrise Data masking solution.
• Onboard All devices in Defender EDR, ASR to reduce attacks.
• Follow change management, service request process.
• Provides support to Wallix PAM, Ansible, Data Security & compliance.
• Follows incident management process and helpdesk process.
