A leading reputed Refrigeration and AC company in Sulaibiya, Kuwait is looking to hire a Industrial Engineer from local or overseas with the below requirements :-
Responsibilities
Designs, redesigns, or enhances work areas and layouts so that awkward or uncomfortable positions, repetitive motions, and inefficient operations are reduced or eliminated.
Collaborates with senior engineers to design cost-effective manufacturing layouts and building ergonomics for new product lines.
Maintains knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods, and trends and developments in technology and equipment
Identifies and assesses various problems and departures from established manufacturing standards and best practices; researches and recommends solutions.
Prepares time and motion studies for existing manufacturing operations
Study and propose machine requirement / machine upgrades for process improvements.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Thorough understanding of ergonomics and applicable industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering required.
· At least two years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
· Preferably having a background in HVAC manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication.
