We are urgently looking for an RPA – Business Analyst with RPA Certification who has 4+ Years of experience for an Onsite opportunity.

Job Description:
· Set the vision for RPA technologies across the organization with RPA Program Manager
· Act as a liaison between RPA Program Manager, RPA Development team on roadmap planning, scope management and sprint planning
· Collects and prioritize items for RPA team, which will develop the bots, specifying business requirements. Prepare decision taking process in cases as there are several courses of action possible
· Responsible for release management of RPA process, candidate plans, coordinates, manages and schedule releases in close collaboration with RPA Program manager
· Supports stakeholders in conducting user acceptance test and successfully integrating these in RPA Program
· Assesses and monitors the effectiveness of RPA applications
· Act as RPA ambassador and coordinates change management initiatives
· Manage and mentor’s business analyst(s) as appropriate
Desired Skills
· 4+ Years’ experience on RPA Solution – Automation Anywhere with proven track record of either Project Manager or Business Analysis
· Understanding of Banking domain – Certification will be an added advantage and mandatory
· Understanding of programming language and concepts
· Experience with Project/Process planning tools (e.g. Jira)
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage/connect and build effective relations at different levels, while managing competing interests.
