JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: ODOO DEVELOPER

DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES/ ADMINISTRATION.

JOB LOCATION: DAMMAM, SAUDI ARABIA

SCOPE:

This position will hold key responsibilities in the company’s ongoing Odoo-based ERP System Development and implementation program and will closely work with the HR/Administration Department and be fully involved in all technical and program-related aspects. Preference shall be given to the candidates who are ready to join immediately.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Design, Development and testing of Odoo ERP modules, projects, products and interfaces.

 Draft ERP application requirements, and Develop Applications/ New Modules /features based on the department’s Functional Needs.

 Customize Features and Modules to meet specific domain requirements.

 Take Initiatives for the required changes in the software development process to improve the overall quality of the ERP.

 Address and solve complicated performance and other critical concerns and architectural challenges.

Accountable to:

 Follow best practices in Software development to ensure the readability and maintainability of the code.

 Quick Addressal on Team Concerns.

 Analyze in detail the available Features of ODOO to fulfil the Scope objectives.

 Follow and Maintain Complete Control over Program coding and Data Management.

 Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

 Minimum 03 years experience in Odoo development.

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.

 Excellent Knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery).

 Knowledge of Python development frameworks & Linux system

 Knowledge of front-end development languages is a great plus in, Software development life cycle in an Agile environment.

 Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

 Patience and professionalism

 Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

 Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
