Assistant Merchandiser (Retail-FMCG) To support the buying functionalities by taking complete accountability of the purchase and supply chain department.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:

•Creation of the new masters (Vendor master, item master, and so on) accurately and efficiently.

•To take full accountability in the creation of the costing sheets.

•Forecasting the stock replenishment schedule and raising the purchase orders centrally as per the daily requirements.

•Take full accountability for the accuracy of the masters by collecting the price lists from the suppliers and to action the price changes effectively and efficiently.

•Scheduling deliveries and ensuring that the deliveries of stocks are reached as per the schedules to the stores.

•Having a strong working relationship with the vendors on a day to day basis in terms of managing the stock receipts and returns.

•Have a good understanding of credit notes.

•Working closely with the Merchandiser and the store teams on a day to day basis and supporting the Merchandiser through the scientific-analytical study on delisting the items.

•Coordinate with branches and drafting accurate data related to inventory margin, wastages, and sales and implement the price discrepancies raised from the branch level.

•Take full accountability on reporting of inventories, wastages, margin calculation, and price changes reports.

•Take full responsibility for the fill rates targets.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum 03 years’ experience in the same field.
Full understanding of purchase functions
Advance Excel skills
Working knowledge in Dynamics
Strong communication skills and ability to participate as key team member
Flexible working hours
Strong numeric abilities
