Senior Lawyer

Corporate/Commercial senior lawyer with experience in general advisory work, with the ability and skills to advise and assist local and international clients on various legal matters such as corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, commercial transactions, various contracts/agreements, employment and labour matters, negotiations, amongst others.

Candidate must be fluent in English (writing/speaking). Bilingual (Arabic language) is preferred however not required. The candidate must also be able to manage junior lawyers, and have leadership skills.
