Key Capital Properties is a young boutique realty firm and looking for Experienced Dubai Real Estate Professionals to join a growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent/sale and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

Must Haves:

Client centric and able to network to build lasting relationships.

Must be personable, driven and well spoken.

Hungry for success and competitive by nature

Have a drivers license and a car.

Good knowledge of Dubai and locations in the city

Your Daily Tasks:

Check the latest offers and available inventory with Developers

Contact existing clients

Call new Leads

Send offers through Email, WhatsApp & Social Media

Visit Developers’ Sales offices for meetings

Site Showing/Property Showing

Negotiating deals

The office will provide support thru personalized marketing, administration, listings, coaching, and new Leads.
