The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and find living spaces that fit these criteria. You will then negotiate rent/sale and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

Client centric and able to network to build lasting relationships.
Must be personable, driven and well spoken.
Hungry for success and competitive by nature
Good knowledge of Dubai and locations in the city
We are offering SALARY + COMMISSION or COMMISSION 50/50
Complete support thru personalized marketing, administration, listings, coaching, and new Leads.
We offer a competitive compensation package with real growth opportunities.
50% Commission or salary with less commissions.
Extensive in-house and developer training.
Visa and Health Insurance will also be provided to the successful candidates.

Contact existing clients
Call new Leads
Send offers through Email, WhatsApp & Social Media
Visit Developers’ Sales offices for meetings
Site Showing/Property Showing
