We are looking for a highly energetic individual with the capacity to learn and grow together with an ever expanding company.
Responsibilities
1. Generate revenue by signing up clients for Immigration Process & Documentation
2. Meet clients and explain the various immigration options and processes involved
3. Effective follow-ups on all leads and prospects
4. Sales conversion and revenue generation as per the targets
5. Maintaining leads and client records in a safe and secure environment
6. Co-ordinating with clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other modes of contact
7. Make sale appointments with clients and share daily reports with the reporting manager
8. Capture complete information and explain the qualifying criteria to the clients before signing the contract
9. Reporting sales forecast and potential sign-ups to the reporting manager
10 and qualifying the client’s points system based on the government rules and policy, checking and evaluating points system (CANADA/AUS) or any other programs
11. Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s various products and services
12. Making sure all meetings and communications with registered clients are recorded and informed to the processing team
13. Target and goal driven with complete transparency and align with the company’s core values
14. Share any new updates relevant to the process
15. Sharing best practices in the daily meeting
16. Demonstrate team involvement and be a team player
Qualifications
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Immigration Sales
2. Minimum Bachelor’s degree 3. Must be fluent in English
4. Strong communication and presentation skills
5. Strong negotiation skills
6. Naturally proactive – you believe that actions speak louder than words and thrive by leading by example
7. Strong sense of ownership towards driving, executing, and contributing towards companies core value
8. Highly capable of leading multiple program
