Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
Administer employee benefits and HR programs
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
Support training and development initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
