Job Description:
· Ability to work with clients to design customer journeys, and associated data models. Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and ideally also Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio
· Understanding how to build a custom preference center.
· Conceptual understanding, to be able to establish data models, work with API’s and configurations
· Knowledge of 1+ of the 6 programming languages in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL (and Query Studio experience) or Guide Template Language).
· Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud, Communities)
Desirable experience: Datorama, Informatica/Jitterbit/Talend/Dell Boomi, Interaction Studio, Commerce Cloud, Salesforce CDP, Advertising Studio, Social Studio
Role and Responsibilities:
· Maintain and customize CRM Sales, Service and MArketing Cloud implementations.
· Interact with business users to conduct needs assessment study, prepare scope of works, and functional specification document for new applications or modifications to the current applications
· Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/documenting/deploying solutions to end users
· Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, etc.)
· Salesforce Administration & development of Process Builders, Workflows, Validations, Object Model, Profile/Role/Permission Set, Security etc.
· Responsible to build integrations with other systems (ERP 12.2.6) using REST and Web Services, Experience working on MuleSoft for integration purpose.
· Responsible to test and debug code to ensure that production systems continue to meet user needs, Support QA in functional and system level testing and fix defects, Coordinate testing (with business stakeholders) and sign-off, provide training to key business stakeholders on new features developed.
· Troubleshoot issues, identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes. Provide day-to-day end-user support.
· Act as hands-on primary developer of solutions using key Salesforce core programing languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, Rest APIs).
· Must have good communication skills to interact with business users, Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines in an Agile environment
· Hands on experience on Mulesoft, HexaBPM, Nintex Drawloop is mandatory
