As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing activities for Lulu Hypermarkets. You will be working closely with various teams to plan and execute promotions, develop marketing materials and write/ proofing marketing copy. You will also be responsible for developing / improving marketing strategies and present plans, performance reports to increase performance. Depending on the project or activity at hand, you may also be asked to travel to numerous locations.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the in-house buying team to plan and execute offers and promotions.
Obtain approvals from various ministries and agencies for all promotion and event related activities.
Work closely with in-house and external creative agencies to develop marketing materials.
Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
Develop, present, and execute new marketing initiatives for events exhibits and crossover collaborations with local talents to strengthen engagement.
Coordinate instore promotion executions.
Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies.
Assist in all marketing activities, take metrics, and present performance reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree holder with 1-4 years of relevant experience.
Strong written and verbal Arabic and English communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and error-free content.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize social media strategies.
Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media.
