Mechanical Technician
List of Responsibilities:
1 his position will perform a wide range of duties relating to the mechanical/hydraulic installation, repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and fixtures to ensure their efficient operation at minimum downtime complying with EHS Guidelines with a focus on continuous improvement
2 Tackles all mechanical equipment breakdowns and planned/preventive/predictive maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision within the given time constraint minimizing production downtime. Ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the MA safety procedures and plant operational requirements.
3 Working as part of a team on shift but can work as self-starter in achieving the company’s goals.
4 Having to write full reports of issues for each shift, update all documents and participate in continuous improvement opportunities in reliability.
5 Total flexibilities are required to troubleshoot mechanical/automation problems and ensure that corrective/preventive actions are assigned and performed.

Qualifications – External
•Diploma in Mechanical engineering with a comprehensive knowledge of the plant and processes.
•Served as a technical apprenticeship in Mechanical engineering.
