A leading financial services entity is looking to hire a Project Manager to join their team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate would be responsible for the design, launch of efficient project management and its alignment with the core organization functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Able to draw strategic and operational insights from internal and external data and clearly communicate them to the Senior Operational and Business Leaders.
Manage meetings, brainstorm, and develop attributes with the business and technical teams.
Create the SOW documents when required based on the business needs and in alignment with the product owners.
Deliver project briefings (dashboards, reports, and presentations) to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, identify root causes of issues, and provide necessary guidance.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a well-recognized academic institution in a relevant field is required.
Masters’ degree is preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in business analysis and project management, specifically in the financial services & digital industry.
Must have good understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.
