Tasks/duties:
Carry out sales calls / sales activities to generate new leads and revenue.
Carry out show rounds of our venue
Attend regular revenue, sales and marketing meetings and communicate effectively with all departments,
Manage and update all function and amendments sheets.
Visit client’s offices as required
Prepare pace reports on weekly basis
To take an active role in annual budgeting process and development of the Sales Action Plan.
To ensure that a professional appearance and manner, is shown to all visitors, resulting in positive PR both internally and externally.
To maintain an efficient follow up system for groups
To ensure that all incoming and outgoing correspondence is dealt with correctly and efficiently.
