Position: Social Media Developer
Location: Dubai
Salary Range: 3000 – 5000 AED
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Developer, you will be responsible for creating compelling content and running effective advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. Your creativity and expertise will drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. Your main responsibilities include:
Creating and curating captivating content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
Developing and implementing social media advertising strategies that align with our brand objectives.
Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement.
Staying updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between social media strategies and overall marketing efforts.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
Proven experience in creating and managing content on various social media platforms.
Expertise in developing and executing social media advertising campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and visually appealing content.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate availability and residence in Dubai.
Familiarity with the local market and understanding of consumer behavior in the Middle East and African regions.
