Waiter shall be responsible for food preparation, customer service, and sanitation tasks. Taking customer orders and processing payments. Responsible for preparing and expediting food orders.
Applicants with transferable IQAMA & experience in a similar field only may apply.
Responsibilities:
Welcomes customer and assist at their table.
Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
Prepare table setting and maintain a tidy dining area.
Take food and beverage orders accurately including any special request
Passes customer orders along to kitchen staff including any special request for preparation
Prepares drinks and serves them to customers.
Serve the Guest in an accommodating manner
Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers.
Maintain the table setting by clearing courses as completed (replacing utensils, glasses)
Prepares bill payments and delivers them to customers
Processes cash and credit card payments and returns change to customers if necessary
Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information.
Monitor customer’s needs and promptly handle requests
Maintain a clean and organized area
Comply with safety, health, and hygiene policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Waiter with Fine-Dine Lebanese restaurant shall be a plus
Good communication in English & Arabic
