Junior Marketing Executive

MONTROI is seeking an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to support in the implementation of the Marketing Strategy.

The position is based in Dubai and will report directly to the Marketing Director. This is an exciting position to set-up a strong presence for the company and develop the business of an In-house leather goods and perfumery brand.

The successful candidate will support as a brand builder who embraces the potential and positioning of the brand.

The candidate must me mature, dynamic, fast learner and embrace the flexibility and excitement of a quickly growing team.

THE ROLE:

The role of the Marketing Assistant is to support the Marketing team with daily activities, which include but are not limited to: Brand, Product, Retail and Wholesale Marketing activity, calendar requests, department reporting and communication, meeting preparations and administrative and operational tasks. The assistant reports in to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the marketing coordinator in the daily support of the marketing team.

–      Compile all marketing recaps and business updates

–      Maintain marketing calendar and timelines

–      Prepare presentations and reports summarizing department activities

–      Oversee all marketing administration duties and scheduling for Marketing Director

–      Process and reconcile all PO’s

–      Assist in developing and maintining regional marketing plans

–      Oversee email marketing calendars for the region

–      Support the implementation of our media strategy

–      Assist as needed at department events

–      Ensure regional marketing plans are shared cross functionally and with local Market Directors

–      Bring new and culturally relevant ideas to MONTROI

–      Coordinate samples and shipment of samples for media and wholesale partnership needs

–      Liaise with creative partners to ensure accurate and timely traffic/delivery of campaign materials for marketing vehicles

–      Content management:

o  Build the calendar of articles that will be released in the website and social media platforms and present to the management

o  Coordinate with the copywriter for on-time delivery of materials to be released

–      E-commerce responsible:

o  Update online catalogue

o  Anticipate stock levels

o  Prepare the orders

o  Follow up with the clients for payments and doubts

o  Organise the shipments (UPS, etc.)

o  Follow up with the clients for delivery and feedback

o  After-sales service coordination

o  Weekly report of sales

Position based in Dubai with a global scope.

Person Requirements:

Experience in Marketing and content creation
Increase overall efficiency of the Marketing team
Maintaining recaps and sharing of information with teams
Sharing new ideas and a unique point of view with the team
Collaborate with internal teams: marketing/communications, retail, wholesale, merchandising, VM, etc.
Entrepreneurial
Knowledge of graphic design end video editing
Excellent communicator with a high level of autonomy
Must bring excellent organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills.
Understand the product and marketing needs
A flexible multi-tasker who is willing to “roll up his/her sleeves.”
Charismatic, and energetic with a personal presence and appropriate style.
